DRESS CODE AND ETIQUETTE

*Tights are to be worn in every class.  It’s part of personal hygiene and discipline.  Please discard tights with holes…they are not appropriate to wear to class

*No jewelry. Small earring studs are fine for class, not for stage.

*No shirts, gym/race shorts, skirts, leggings or pants allowed.

*DO NOT WEAR DANCE SHOES OUTSIDE


Preschool

Pink tights, solid color leotard (no gymnastics leotards), pink ballet shoes.  Basic skirts are ok but no dress up items, tutus or costumes.  5 *


Levels 1-5

Pink or tan tights and solid color leotards.  No attached skirts.  You may also wear BLACK DANCE shorts.  Appropriate shoes are required for each class.

Hair

All classes must have hair worn back and up!  Messy hair from school is not good enough.  Bangs should never be in the face, ponytails/buns should be tight.

BASIC ETIQUETTE

*Dance shoes CANNOT be worn outside!


*Street shoes will not be allowed in the studio. Only bring shoes needed for class.


*Parents in the lobby should keep talking to a whisper. We can hear everything in the studio. 


*Keep curtain at doorway closed....no peeking. That's distracting and disrespectful. 


*Hand sanitizer is always available in the lobby and den.


*Dancers will need to bring water from home.
